Orders once placed cannot be canceled after confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Dream Dive, customer satisfaction is our priority.
However, due to the nature of our products (tea and edible goods), we maintain strict policies to ensure product safety and quality.

Opened products cannot be returned unless:

The tea inside is found to be rotten,

There are insects or visible infestation, or

There is a strong unusual or foul odor from the product.

In such cases:

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs/videos highlighting the issue

Description of the problem

Upon receiving the complaint:

Our quality team will verify the matter.

If validated, we will offer either a free replacement or full/partial refund, at the sole discretion of Dream Dive’s management.

Refund Timelines
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Important Notes
Dream Dive reserves the right to decline a refund/replacement if:

The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

The product has been tampered with or not stored properly after delivery.

The product issue is based on personal taste preference rather than a quality issue.

We may request the customer to return the defective product before issuing a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
